Our Air Duct Cleaning Process

We use a negative pressure system combined with high-powered agitation tools to dislodge and remove contaminants from your entire duct system — supply ducts, return ducts, registers, grilles, diffusers, heat exchangers, cooling coils, and the air handler unit itself.

• System inspection: We assess duct condition, material type, and contamination level.
• Access point creation: We create access points to insert cleaning equipment.
• Negative pressure: A powerful vacuum creates negative pressure to contain debris.
• Agitation: Rotary brushes and compressed air tools dislodge buildup from duct walls.
• Extraction: All loosened debris is captured and removed from the system.
• Sanitization: Optional antimicrobial treatment to inhibit future mold and bacteria growth.
• Sealing: Access points are sealed and the system is restored to normal operation.
